Through Fumed.com Political Action, our members can change who has influence in politics -- from a few big-money donors to a massive number of small-money donors. I am a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien.
This contribution does not exceed my personal contribution limit. (Contributions made to Fumed.com Political Action are limited to $5,000 per individual per calendar year.)
I understand that this contribution is not tax-deductible.
This contribution will be from my own funds, by credit card, for which I have a legal obligation to pay. The funds are not from an incorporated source, and the contribution is not made by any prohibited source, including:

Confidentiality and Disclosure

Fumed.com Political Action will treat your contact information as private and confidential. We will not provide your contact information to any other organization except Fumed.com Civic Action, unless you specifically authorize us to do so. In accordance with federal law, we report to the Federal Election Commission the name, address, occupation, and employer for each contributor who gives Fumed PAC more than $200 during each calendar year.

For petitions and surveys you've signed or completed, we treat your name, city, state, and comments as public information—for example, we may provide compilations of petitions, with your comments, to the President and legislators. But in no such case will we disclose your street address, email address or phone number, without your permission. We may also make your comments, along with your first name, city, state, and country, available to the press and public online.

Important Legal Information

You may make contributions of up to $5,000 per calendar year to Fumed.com Political Action. Contributions to federal PACs and party committees are limited to $61,400 per two-year cycle ($21,400 of which is reserved exclusively for national party committees). Also, an individual may contribute up to $40,000 to all federal candidates per two-year cycle. Therefore, total contributions to federal candidates and committees, may not, in the aggregate, exceed $101,400 per two-year cycle. Your credit card information will be used only for this transaction through our secure online payment system. Fumed.com Political Action does not retain credit card information or transmit credit card information to candidate committees. However, federal law requires us to report the name, address, occupation, employer for each Fumed.com Political Action contributor who gives more than $200 during each calendar year to the Federal Election Commission. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. If we're unable to use your contribution for the purpose you specify, either because of oversubscription or for another unforeseen reason, it is our policy to use your contribution for other advertising, public relations, advocacy or organizing activities.
